    Whether you want to have hundreds of parcels delivered every day as a major customer, serve a specific group of customers with your B2B business or operate a small online shop with just a few individual shipments per month: we deliver all parcels. We have summarised our services and options for senders below.

    Parcels up to 30 kg


    Your parcels should not weigh more than 30 kg. Details on the dimensions and weights can be found below. We are also happy to assist with bulky goods parcels and other transport goods. We transport and store everything that needs to go from A to B or needs to be stored correctly.

    Automatic data exchange


    The efficiency of our services depends on how well you and we work together electronically. That’s why we make it as easy as possible with three options for the automatic exchange of data:

    1. EDI interface

    We connect your ERP software and other applications with our system via an electronic data interface (EDI), thereby speeding up the digital flow of data and keeping it error-free.

    2. Shipping software

    If you already use shipping software, the automatic exchange of data can be carried out quickly and easily, as our system is compatible with most applications.

    3. Plugin for shipping parcels

    If you run an online shop and use a common software for this purpose, we will provide you with a special plugin for your e-commerce solution that allows you to ship parcels directly from your online shop.

    With Snap & Ship, sending parcels is quick and easy. You will receive pre-printed labels with a QR code from us, which you can scan with your smartphone to access the web-based Planzer app. Then activate the QR code and link it to the recipient’s address by scanning the delivery note. Now select additional services – and your parcel is ready for dispatch.

    Customer portal


    Our intuitive customer portal lets you manage and keep track of your orders conveniently online. Track & Trace lets you see the current whereabouts of your shipments and enter your shipping orders manually.

    Ecoboxes


    We developed the transport boxes with the environment in mind. They offer better protection than conventional cardboard boxes and are equipped with seals for maximum shipping security.

    Notifications


    Our full attention is focused not only on your parcels, but also on your end customers, which is why we offer you some interesting recipient extras for shipping parcels.

    • After we have received your parcel, your recipients will receive a shipment notification by email or SMS.

    • If we are unable to deliver your parcel, we will send a notification by email or SMS and place a delivery card in the recipient’s letterbox. This makes it easier to manage the second delivery.

    Manage the delivery


    Your recipients can manage the delivery of parcels themselves. It depends on which options (delivery date, leave in a safe place, do not leave in a safe place) you have activated as the sender.

    We allocate a fixed individual space on the shelf for your parcel. Each shelf space is assigned a unique QR code, allowing us to optimise space for your parcel and find it immediately before handing it over.

    Your parcel should reach its destination safely and on time. What’s more, and above all, it should arrive in good condition. Our employees do their best every day to ensure this. As a family business, this is important to us, regardless of position in the hierarchy.

    To ensure an optimal experience for recipients, the drivers of our parcel service need to make a lasting impression, not just in terms of their uniform and conduct, but in all other aspects as well.

    Training

    Everyone who rolls up their sleeves for Planzer Parcel goes through three days of training, after which they sit an exam and receive a certificate.

    We want our drivers to focus on the most important thing, which is why they don’t have to load the vehicle or worry about all the other little things.
