We have developed the Planzer Parcel shop entwickelt. for those times when you are expecting a shipment from Planzer Parcel but aren’t around to receive it – so you can pick up, drop off or return your parcel wherever it suits you best.
Whether it’s the local shop, the petrol station, the gym, etc. – our growing network of parcel shops now includes over 600 locations throughout Switzerland. They all have one thing in common: you can find them anywhere and they have convenient opening hours, so you can pick up or return your parcels conveniently and flexibly whenever and wherever it suits you.

1. Redirecting a parcel
If you have ordered something and know that you will not be there to accept it, you can now conveniently redirect your parcel to the Planzer Parcel shop of your choice before the first delivery attempt.
👉 Click on the ‘Track shipment’ link in the notification sent to you by email or SMS to access the recipient portal. There, select your desired parcel shop under ‘Shipment information’.

2. Collecting a parcel
If you aren’t at home when our delivery team tries to deliver your parcel, we’ll take it to a nearby Planzer Parcel shop and leave a delivery card in your letterbox.
👉 The delivery code on your card will take you to the recipient portal, where you can see at which shop your parcel is ready for collection.

3. Returning a parcel
Whatever the reason, it’s quick and convenient to return a parcel to its sender via a Planzer Parcel shop.
👉 Log in to the recipient portal and select ‘Return a shipment’. Print out the return label and take your parcel to a Planzer Parcel shop near you. We’ll accept it there free of charge and return it to the sender.

4. Sending a parcel
The Planzer Parcel shop saves you from standing in long queues at the post office. You can also drop off individual parcels as a private individual in numerous Planzer Parcel shops.

General questions
This is a collection and drop-off point, designed either as a partner shop or a collection box, where you can receive, drop off or return your parcels flexibly – whenever and wherever it suits you best.
If we are unable to deliver your parcel, we will send you an email and pop a card in your letterbox. You will find the delivery code, on the card, which will take you to the recipient portal. There, you can see whether your parcel has been redirected to a shop nearby and find all other details about your shipment.
We have relaunched the parcel shop as a service and are currently testing it with several partner companies. As soon as the solution proves successful, we will continue to expand our mail-order network.
To ensure that your recipients or you, as a customer expecting a parcel, receive their shipments even faster. If we are unable to hand over or leave a parcel in a safe place, we will automatically redirect it to a nearby Planzer Parcel shop, allowing you, the recipient, to collect your shipment at your convenience.

There are no additional costs for you as the recipient.
Please bring the digital or printed collection code and your identity card with you so that the shop operator can hand over your parcel without any hassles. You can find the collection code on the recipient portal.
Your parcel is usually held in the shop for seven days We will remind you again shortly before your collection deadline expires.
Yes, that is possible. Simply enter the full name of the person collecting the parcel in the recipient portal. They must present valid identification and the collection code upon collecting the parcel from the Planzer Parcel shop.

As the operator of a Planzer Parcel shop, you assume the role of a parcel collection point. where people can pick up, drop off and return parcels. We make sure that these tasks are easily integrated into your existing day-to-day business.
You will need a publicly accessible location with customer-friendly opening hours, some storage space for parcels and minimal basic technical equipment (e.g. electricity and Wi-Fi). We will set up the technical connection.
You will receive parcels, hand them over to recipients after checking their identification, and accept returns or parcels that need to be sent. The processes are heavily streamlined, allowing you to implement them easily.
As a parcel shop operator, you need suitable equipment. To use the parcel shop application, you will need a smartphone, tablet or computer. The device you use must have either a built-in camera or an external 2D barcode scanner in order to scan parcels.
